Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads, phone calls, texts, and emails
- Greet and assist walk-in and online customers
- Guide customers through the full sales process
- Set and confirm appointments
- Provide excellent customer service and post-sale follow-up
- Work closely with management to achieve monthly goals
Qualifications
- Reliable, motivated, and coachable
- Comfortable using phones, texting, and computer systems
- Strong communication skills
- Positive, team-first attitude
- Bilingual is a plus (not required)
- Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Compensation
- Guaranteed base salary
