Summary
We are seeking a Security Officer to join our team at ABA Protection. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties and assets. Your vigilance and expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, providing first aid when necessary.
- Manage conflict situations effectively, ensuring a peaceful resolution.
- Prepare detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents that occur.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Familiarity with law enforcement procedures is a plus.
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
