We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Freelance Production Assistant to join our creative team on a project basis. In this role, you will support the Managing Partner in production and post-production processes of creating live musical theater. You will endeavor to create multimedia content, while administrating light accounting, handling some investor relations, and ensuring smooth operations for the Green Fiddler Productions, LLC of "Chagall the Musical". Your energetic approach and technical proficiency will help bring our visual story to life, contributing to a high-quality musical project that will engage and inspire investors and audiences alike. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated musical theater savvy individual eager to gain hands-on experience in assisting the Managing Director while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with creation of materials and a visually arresting website.
- Support the editing process using media editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Word Press and Adobe After Effects to assemble raw footage into polished videos.
- Contribute to visual storytelling by creating basic motion graphics.
- Manage audio and video processing tasks, including sound recording for video production and post-production editing of music for our website and publicity campaign.
- Coordinate with the Managing Director to maintain organizational files of investors, media files, banking, project payroll and project assets.
- Assist with the stage production personnel, and other matters.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Lightroom.
- Familiarity with videography techniques, camera setup, lighting for video production, and sound recording equipment such as microphones.
- Strong understanding of media editing tools for video editing, motion graphics, and post-production workflows.
- Ability to build and maintain an active website with both visual and musical soundtracks.
- Knowledge of audio and video processing techniques to enhance final output quality.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in conjunction with the Managing Director.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
