Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes. The ideal candidate is a strategic partner, strong communicator, and hands-on leader who excels in supporting teams while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Create, update, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and processes
- Serve as a trusted resource between leadership and employees, addressing concerns, grievances, and workplace issues
- Manage all pre-employment and post-employment activities
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding in compliance with company policies and regulations
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
- Lead recruitment efforts, including screening, interviewing, and coordinating with managers on hiring needs
- Support professional development and employee engagement initiatives
- Manage performance review processes and track evaluations and required education
- Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records in accordance with laws and regulations
- Provide guidance on employee relations, attendance, discipline, and performance matters
- Complete personnel actions and respond to employment-related information requests
- Perform additional duties as needed
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in home health / healthcare
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulatory requirements in homecare settings
- Experience leading HR functions and supporting leadership teams
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience with HR systems (PeopleSoft a plus)

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ HR experience as a HR Manager, preferably within the home health industry.
- Profound knowledge of labor laws, particularly those relevant to the homecare sector.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Agility and adaptability in a constantly evolving business environment.
