What the Role Is
You're the first face people see and the reason their coffee's right. You'll prepare drinks and food to spec, run the register, keep the café clean and stocked, and help create the kind of experience that makes people come back. No prior barista experience required — we train.
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and on time
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Team player, coachable, takes feedback well
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Available for at least 3 shifts per week
- Weekend availability required
