We are currently seeking a full-time Custodian to join our team in Boerne, Texas. Candidates should be able to foster a positive work environment, take initiative, and possess a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:
- Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and/or using power equipment
- Clean, service and/or supply restrooms
- Gather and empty trash and/or recycling containers
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and/or mirrors
- Safe use of chemical cleaners to prevent injury and/or damage to property
- Safe use of equipment to prevent injury and/or damage to property
- Request supplies and/or equipment needed for cleaning duties
- Prepare cleaning solutions according to manufacturer’s specifications
- Notify supervisors/manager of needed repairs or safety hazards
Requirements:
· Formal or informal education or training that ensures the ability to read and write at a level necessary for successful job performance
· Use of personal vehicle may be required with a valid Texas Driver License
· Telephone services
· Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate
· Ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull or carry object weighing up to 35 lbs.
· Ability to stand, walk, kneel, stoop and climb stools/ladders/stairs constantly to perform the essential
functions
