Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour
We're looking for motivated, dependable team members to join the kitchen at our upscale casual, modern Italian restaurant. Our menu is built from scratch, with nearly all of our ingredients prepared in-house. This is a versatile kitchen position where every day is different. Responsibilities include:
Preparing fresh ingredients and recipes from scratch
Assisting with daily prep and food production
Working the line during lunch and dinner service
Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen
Following recipes, food safety, and sanitation standards
Working closely with the culinary team to deliver exceptional food and service
Helping wherever needed to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen

Reliability and punctuality
Willingness to learn and grow in the kitchen
Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
