We are looking for a talented and user-focused Product Designer to join our product team. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital experiences across the product lifecycle, from understanding user needs and defining problems to creating user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and supporting implementation.
You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business and user requirements and turn them into practical, user-friendly product experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences for web and/or mobile products.
- Understand user needs, business objectives, and product requirements to identify design opportunities.
- Translate product requirements and user needs into clear and effective design solutions.
- Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Conduct and/or support user research, usability testing, competitor analysis, and user feedback activities.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly experiences for complex product requirements and workflows.
- Develop interactive prototypes to communicate, validate, and iterate on design concepts.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Contribute to design systems, reusable components, patterns, and design guidelines.
- Ensure consistency across different product experiences, screens, and platforms.
- Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure design quality and accurate translation of designs into the final product.
- Review implemented designs and identify visual, interaction, usability, and consistency issues.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability findings, product analytics, and stakeholder inputs.
- Present design concepts and decisions clearly, explaining the rationale behind design choices.
- Stay updated with current trends and best practices in product design, UX/UI, accessibility, interaction design, and design systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’sdegree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a relate d field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and product design processes.
- Experience designing digital products from concept through implementation.
- Strong proficiency in Figma or comparable design tools.
- Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Good understanding of responsive design and mobile/web design principles.
- Understanding of usability, accessibility, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Experience collaborating effectively with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
- Strong visual design skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to explain design decisions based on user needs, product objectives, and established design principles.
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant product design, UX/UI, and problem-solving experience is required.
Pay: $97,934.00 - $117,942.00 per year
