Kidsville Pediatrics is looking to add a Medical Assistant to our growing team. We are searching for a motivated individual who enjoys working with children on a full-time basis.
Qualifications:
- Must be willing to work 8 hour shifts and one Saturday 9-2.
- Must have current BLS certification
- Must have one year of MA experience (Pediatric Experience Preferred)
- Bilingual(Spanish) Highly Preferred
- EPIC EMR
Responsibilities:
Working under the supervision of providers and clinic manager , the Medical Assistant will support clinic staff and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication.
- Work with your team members to provide excellent medical care to our patients
- Comfort patients
- Triage children and gather relevant medical history
- Administer medications and vaccinations as directed
- Perform point of care testing as directed
- Complete all activities timely & accurately
- Assist providers during exam and procedures
- Document visit in EHR quickly and accurately
- Organize, stock and clean exam and treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Answer phones, scheduling and other front desk duties as needed
The pace is fast and you need to be comfortable with Pediatrics and time management. You may be required to work with multiple providers, so being flexible and able to adjust to change quickly is essential.

Salary: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
