Overview
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various massage techniques and be dedicated to providing exceptional customer care. This role requires a commitment to enhancing the well-being of clients through effective therapeutic practices.
MUST have a current state of Georgia Massage License and prefer Therapist to live within 30 minutes away from the East Roswell/Alpharetta location area.
Job Summary
- Perform a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue massage, Hot Stone, Swedish, Pre/Post-Natal and able to put together strategies tailored to individual client needs.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and techniques.
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to address specific health concerns and enhance overall wellness.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use. *Massage Therapists DO NOT do laundry*
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment for clients and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Document client progress and treatment outcomes.
Qualifications
- Valid Georgia massage therapy license and certification from an accredited institution.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health principles and practices related to massage therapy.
- Excellent patient service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong customer service orientation, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to massage therapy practices.
