Summary of Role
Responsible for selling medical products to new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships. Provides product education to clinical staff and partners with internal teams to support product delivery, innovation, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients
- Present, demonstrate, and explain products to clinicians, including in-service training
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve product or delivery issues
- Prepare pricing proposals and customized product solutions
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams on product availability and feedback
- Make pricing decisions within approved limits to maximize profitability
- Track, analyze, and report monthly sales performance and customer insights
- Participate in sales training, planning, and strategy meetings
- Maintain strong knowledge of products and competitors
- Set and achieve sales goals related to revenue growth and new accounts
- Travel regularly to meet with clients
Physical / Work Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (as applicable)
- Frequent sitting, standing, bending, and visual tasks
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience, preferably in medical or healthcare products
- Strong communication and presentation skills, especially with clinical audiences
- Ability to quickly learn and explain medical equipment usage
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- High level of motivation, organization, and independence
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in standard business software (spreadsheets, word processing, databases)
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours
- Clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of 100k and 220k at plan earning potential
- Uncapped commission
