About the Role:
As a CBRE Sr. Facilities Coordinator, you’ll be thededicated onsite partner for one of our Life Sciences clients, working directlywithin their environment to support critical operations. This highly visiblerole puts you at the center of the action - managing day-to-day facilityactivities, coordinating complex work orders, and supporting multiple programsthat are essential to a regulated, fast-moving Life Sciences setting.
You’ll collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and contractors to drive workforward efficiently and compliantly, while also supporting financialresponsibilities such as tracking costs, assisting with budgets, and ensuringservices are delivered accurately and on time.

What You’ll Do:
Serve as the primary communication link between the client andvarious vendors, responding promptly to inquiries and ensuring timely, high‑qualityservice delivery.
Schedule and coordinate repairs with vendors or techniciansbased on work order requests.
Manage the vendor invoice process, including receipt,verification, issue resolution, and coordination with finance for timelypayment.
Analyze data from work order reports to assess vendorperformance, completion timelines, and overall progress.
Provide front desk coverage during the Experience ServiceCoordinator’s PTO and daily lunch periods by greeting and logging visitors andanswering calls.
Maintain accurate documentation, including work orders,proposals, department files, and vendor‑submitted paperwork.
Coordinate office and parking space allocations to supportbusiness needs.
Prepare and deliver presentations to internal departmentsand large groups of employees.
Identify and resolve both routine and non‑routine issueswithin the work area independently, using established procedures.
Evaluate options and select appropriate solutions frompredefined guidelines.
Contribute to team success through the accuracy, quality,and timeliness of services and information provided.
Follow standardized processes while receiving moderatesupervision and guidance as needed.
Track and monitor project‑related costs, ensuring accuratefinancial records and alignment with budget expectations.
What You’ll Need:
High SchoolDiploma or GED with 2-5 years of job‑related experience.
Experience usinga Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is required. SAP preferred.
Basic financialexperience, including tracking costs, reviewing invoices, or supporting budget‑relatedtasks.
Ability to followstandard work routines and procedures.
Strong communication skills for sharing clear, accurate information.
Working knowledgeof Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Strongorganizational skills with an inquisitive, problem‑solving mindset.
Basic mathskills, including calculating percentages, discounts, and markups.

California Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Facilities Coordinator position is $33.00 hourly and the maximum salary for the Sr. Facilities Coordinator is $36.54 hourly. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
