At Clara, we are recruiting for a Bilingual 2nd shift On-Site Supervisor to work with Clara Works in Groveport. This role involves overseeing warehouse operations and managing temporary staff to ensure efficiency and safety.
Shift Patterns

Second Shift: Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with weekend and overtime as needed during peak periods.

Essential Requirements

Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a warehouse or staffing environment.

Demonstrate consistent reliability and punctuality in attendance and task completion.

Maintain legal authorization to work in the United States.
Skills and Qualifications

Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced proficiency in Excel, to manage data, generate reports, and perform administrative tasks.

Operate essential office equipment and communication tools, including phones, walkie-talkies, and basic technology platforms.

Demonstrate proficiency in typing, email communication, and general office technology platforms for daily operations.

Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills in both English, Spanish or French Creole to effectively interact with diverse staff and clients.

Cultivate and maintain robust professional relationships with clients and temporary staff to foster collaboration and retention.

Provide clear direction and hands-on leadership to temporary staff, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and safety standards.
