Kitchen Manager:
We are looking for a Kitchen Leader to join our team. The leader is responsible for overseeing our kitchen operations and leading assigned shifts. You will be responsible for all back of house operations of a high volume restaurant to meet performance goals in speed of service, quality, and food safety. You will be managing our most valuable asset, our people!
Responsibilities include:

Shift leadership
- Controlling food safety, food costs, throughput, speed, and quality

Maintain a culture of Food Safety at all times

Monitoring and ensuring the team is meeting food safety and quality standards
-
Maintaining a positive working environment and treating all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback

Ability to effectively troubleshoot, problem solve, and make quick decisions on a daily basis
-
Coaching and developing team members and team leaders
-
Managing inventory and facilities
Requirements Include:

Prior Food Service leadership experience

Strategic thinker, Goal-oriented, Tech-savvy, Continuous improvement mindset

Great communicator both in handling difficult situations and a diverse team

Mature, dependable and results-oriented

Ability to work in a team environment

Very detailed oriented & keenly observant

Self-starter, creative and flexible
-
Good business sense, achiever

Proven history of consistently performing at a high level

Servant spirit with strong sense of stewardship

Experience managing food costs

Bi-lingual preferred but not needed

Chick-fil-A experience is a plus, but not required
