We are seeking a motivated and experienced HVAC Service Technician / Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing commercial and residential HVAC systems while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment, including split systems, package units, heat pumps, RTUs, and VRF/VRV systems (experience preferred).
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping, and associated controls.
- Complete service reports and communicate findings to customers and management.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards and local codes.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good working condition.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC service and installation experience preferred.
- EPA Certification required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift equipment and work in various indoor and outdoor environments.
- Experience with Daikin VRV/VRF systems (preferred)
- Experience with commercial HVAC equipment and controls (preferred).
- OSHA certification (preferred).
