What You'll Do
- Assist with customer chargebacks and deductions (training provided)
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Process credits and account adjustments
- Reconcile customer accounts
- Work closely with Accounts Receivable and Customer Service
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Perform other general accounting and administrative duties as needed
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of accounting experience (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Accounting Clerk, Bookkeeping, or similar)
- Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software is a plus
- Eager to learn and grow
