Kids 'R' Kids Westpointe is seeking an experienced Center Director to lead our established early childhood education center.
Our ideal candidate is a proven leader who is passionate about developing teachers, building strong relationships with families, maintaining operational excellence, and creating a positive, accountable culture.
We are looking for a hands-on leader who leads by example, develops teachers, holds high standards, and creates a culture of accountability. The ideal candidate understands that excellent customer service, licensing compliance, staff development, and enrollment growth all go hand in hand.

Responsibilities
Lead the daily operations of a licensed preschool serving children ages 6 weeks through 12 years old.

Supervise, coach, and develop teachers and administrative team.

Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain high-quality teachers.

Ensure compliance with all Texas Child Care Licensing regulations.

Maintain staffing ratios and oversee classroom operations.

Conduct employee evaluations and performance coaching.

Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented culture.

Build strong relationships with current and prospective families while providing exceptional customer service.

Conduct tours and oversee enrollment growth.

Monitor enrollment, tours, and family retention to help achieve enrollment goals.

Partner with ownership to achieve operational and enrollment goals.

Manage employee scheduling, staffing, and labor hours.

Ensure classrooms, common areas, and the facility remain clean, organized, and inspection-ready.

Lead all Texas Child Care Licensing inspections and maintain full compliance with state regulations.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with community partners and represent the school professionally.

Maintain a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment for children, families, and staff.

Manage budgets, purchasing, and daily operations.

Qualifications
Required
Texas Child Care Director qualifications.

Minimum of 3 years of preschool management or Center Director experience.

Strong knowledge of Texas Child Care Licensing Minimum Standards.

Strong Knowledge of TRS Rating Standards and Assessments

Experience supervising multiple employees.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred
Experience managing centers with 100+ children.

Experience increasing enrollment and retaining families.

Experience with ProCare.

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Business, or a related field.
