We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Client Enrollment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building relationships with social workers, and guiding families through the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person and virtual outreach to prospective clients and referral sources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with social workers, case managers, and community partners.
- Provide clear, accurate information about enrollment steps and services.
- Track and report on leads, enrollments, and outreach progress.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, client relations, or healthcare enrollment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a positive and energetic demeanor.
- Ability to engage and build trust with diverse populations.
- Organized and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve measurable results.
Compensation:
- $70 per successful enrollment.
