Schedule: Saturday through Wednesday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Position Overview:
The Assistant Manager for Group Homes works under the supervision of the Program Director to provide supportive and compassionate care to residents while ensuring smooth, daily operations of the facility. This role combines administrative duties with direct resident support and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing individual care plans for residents.

Monitor resident health and well-being, coordinating with healthcare providers as needed.

Assist in scheduling, training, and supervising direct care staff.

Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations.

Complete required reports and documentation in a timely manner.

Assist in planning and implementing resident activities and programs.

Evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Documents & Experience:

Valid NJ Non-Probationary Driver's License

High school diploma or equivalent

CPR/FA certification if completed

Minimum 1 year of experience working with those with developmental disabilities in a group home setting

Previous supervisory experience preferred
Working Conditions:

Weekends required

Occasional on-call responsibilities
