Start your driving career in Vineland, NJ with a role designed for recent CDL A holders. 365 Freight USA is hiring recent graduates and newly licensed CDL A drivers for a paid 4–6 week mentor training program. You will ride and work alongside an experienced driver, learn the day‑to‑day flow of professional trucking, and then transition into solo driving. After training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 weekly with full benefits.

What you'll be doing
- Complete a paid 4–6 week mentor training period that includes learning daily driving routines, riding with an experienced driver, and preparing to transition into solo driving.
- Drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning how to manage loads safely and efficiently.
- Follow safe driving practices, complete required inspections and checks, and develop professional over‑the‑road habits.
- Gain hands‑on experience with trip flow, communication, and decision‑making as you progress from recent graduate to independent driver.
- Maintain clear communication with your mentor and dispatch to coordinate assignments and updates.
