Responsibilities
The Dishwasher / Food Prep / Food Runner will help with daily kitchen operations, including washing dishes, cleaning kitchen areas, prepping ingredients, stocking supplies, and running food to guests or service areas.
Duties include:
- Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, trays, and kitchen equipment
- Keep dish area clean, organized, and stocked
- Assist with basic food prep such as chopping, portioning, packaging, and restocking ingredients
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Run food orders quickly and accurately to guests or designated pickup areas
- Help keep kitchen, food prep areas, trash areas, and floors clean
- Restock paper goods, sauces, containers, and kitchen supplies
- Support cooks, bartenders, servers, and management during busy shifts
- Assist with opening, closing, and side-work duties
