Position Summary
Fronhofer Tool is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Waterjet Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for operating waterjet cutting equipment, producing quality parts, and supporting daily production activities.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate waterjet cutting equipment.
- Load and unload material using forklifts, cranes, or other handling equipment.
- Read blueprints, work orders, and drawings.
- Verify material dimensions and specifications before processing.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and daily equipment checks.
- Maintain production records and job documentation.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow company safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience preferred; waterjet or CNC experience is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
