Alpha Health is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team in Southern Pines, NC. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys building relationships with patients, delivering exceptional clinical care, and contributing to a modern health and wellness practice focused on helping people optimize their health, confidence, and quality of life.
The RN will work closely with our medical providers to deliver a high level of care while ensuring an outstanding patient experience from consultation through treatment and follow-up.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinical Care & Patient Support
- Provide nursing care under the supervision of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician.
- Obtain patient histories, vital signs, and clinical assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by providers.
- Monitor patient responses to treatment and document appropriately.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and wellness recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
IV Therapy & Procedures
- Perform venipuncture and blood collection.
- Administer IV hydration and wellness therapies.
- Assist providers with medical procedures as needed.
- Maintain treatment rooms, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient clinical environment.
Aesthetic Services
- Perform aesthetic injections and related treatments within the scope of practice and training.
- Educate patients on treatment expectations, outcomes, and aftercare instructions.
- Maintain high standards of patient safety and satisfaction throughout the treatment process.
Team & Operations
- Collaborate with providers, coaches, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to all clinic policies, HIPAA requirements, and state and federal healthcare regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of North Carolina.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in functional medicine, hormone optimization, wellness, aesthetics, weight loss, or primary care.
- Experience with phlebotomy and IV therapy.
- Experience performing aesthetic injections.
- Experience using electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems.

Pay: $34.00 - $36.00 per hour
