Straight 8-Hour Shifts * Paid Training * Shift Differential for Off-Shift Hours
$18-$20 per hour
- additional shift differential for 2nd & 3rd Shifts
Available Schedules
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 4pm-12am
3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 12am-8am
No rotating shifts, keep a consistent schedule

What You'll Do
As a Machine Operator, you'll work with modern production equipment that manufactures weatherstripping used around the world. No experiene? No problem- we'll train you.
- Operate and monitor production machines
- Load materials and remove finished products
- Make simple machine adjustments as needed
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- Record basic production data
- Assist techhnicians during machine changeovers
What We're Looking For
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic reading, math, and writing skills
- Manufacturing expereince is helpful, but not required
Physical Requirements
- Standing, walking and bending throughout the shift
- Ability to life up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a louder production environment
