Print Shop Operator / Digital Press Technician
ARTNDISPLAYS LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Print Shop Operator / Digital Press Technician to join our growing team. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with a consistent daytime schedule in a clean, organized, climate-controlled production environment.
We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong background in digital print production who takes pride in producing high-quality work, maintaining equipment, and meeting production deadlines.

Work Schedule
- Full-Time Position
- Monday through Friday
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- One (1) Hour Unpaid Meal Break
- Day Shift
- Occasional Overtime May Be Available Based on Production Requirements
Equipment Operated
Training will be provided on all company equipment and workflows.
Digital Printing & Production Equipment
- Konica Minolta K14010 Digital Press
- DL-801 Printer
- Small Label Printing Station utilizing Zebra Printers
Finishing Equipment
- EH-3 Drill Press
- Triumph Cutter
- DLF-220S Label Cutter
- Shrink Wrap Machine
Please Note: Several pieces of finishing and other equipment are used on an as-needed basis depending on customer orders and production schedules. These machines are not operated continuously throughout the workday.
Primary Responsibilities
- Operate digital production press equipment and maintain production schedules
- Perform file staging, job setup, and production workflow management
- Conduct preflight inspections of customer-supplied files
- Produce and review print proofs for accuracy and quality control
- Perform color matching and color correction to meet customer specifications
- Monitor print quality throughout production runs
- Maintain consistent color accuracy and registration standards
- Operate cutting, drilling, labeling, and finishing equipment as required
- Package completed jobs for delivery or shipment
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
- Troubleshoot basic production
- Maintain accurate production records and job documentation
- Follow all safety procedures and company production standards
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality expectations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the commercial printing or digital print industry
- Hands-on experience operating digital production press equipment
- Strong understanding of digital print workflows
- Experience with:
- File staging and job preparation
- Print proofing
- Color matching and color management
- Quality control procedures
- Production scheduling and workflow management
- Ability to read and interpret job tickets and production specifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move production materials as required
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Konica Minolta production equipment
- Experience operating cutters, drills, shrink-wrap equipment, and other print finishing devices
- Experience with Zebra label printers
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
Training
ARTNDISPLAYS LLC provides training on all company-specific equipment, procedures, and workflows. Candidates should already possess a solid foundation in digital print production and be willing to learn additional equipment and processes.
