As Client Care Branch Manager, you OWN the business!
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the agency and client onboarding. This role includes managing a team of administrative and caregiver staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality client care, maintaining compliance and driving business growth through client acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills with experience in home health care or a similar healthcare setting. The candidate will also need demonstrated experience in marketing/connecting with community senior agencies. We’re seeking an entrepreneurial spirit to help the business grow!
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes to ensure a well-trained and motivated workforce.
- Foster a positive, energized and supportive workplace culture while encouraging professional development through training and coaching.
Operational Management:
- Work with Area Manager to coordinate daily operations of the branch, including scheduling, client intake, and resource allocation.
- Work with Area Manager to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and assess the effectiveness of the branch's services, staff productivity, and overall performance.
- On-Call phone support as needed
Business Development:
- With Area Manager assistance, develop and implement strategies to drive client acquisition, improve revenue and grow the business.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and community organizations to increase awareness and referrals.
- With Area Manager assistance, analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and service expansion.
Financial Management:
- Work with Area Manager to oversee the branch’s budget, monitor expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Prepare and present reports on financial performance, staffing levels, and client satisfaction with senior management.
- Manage billing and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- With the Area Manager assistance, ensure the branch complies with all regulatory requirements, including licensing, certifications, and home health care standards.
- Maintain quality assurance programs, ensuring continuous improvement in the delivery of care and communication with clients and families.
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of clients’ needs on site in their homes.
- Provide education to clients and families as needed on chronic illness and safety.

Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Nurse in Oklahoma with no licensure restrictions.
- Proven experience in marketing/education in the patient/resident community.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong organization, time management and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing teams and established ability in conflict resolution and team building.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in using healthcare management software and technology.
- Familiarity with caring for the Veteran population is a plus.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
