Hotel Night Auditor Description~
- Starting Wage is more Depending on Experience.
- Valid Driver's License is Required.
- The Night Auditor is responsible for balancing the revenue and expense transactions overnight, which occurred during the day at the hotel. They are responsible for capturing sales, as well as the overall overnight operations and the general appearance of the front desk & lobby.
- Position is your choice of 3 to 5 ovenight shifts per week. Additional hours may be available working evening shifts which range from 2pm-12am.
- Overnight shifts are either 10pm to 8am or 11pm to 7am.
- We do offer flexibility with start and end times, which can be discussed in your interview.
- Shift can have some down time which may be used to work on homework, etc.
Additional Job Duties/Responsibilities~
Greet every guest with a friendly and positive attitude
Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently
Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times
Know current promotions to ensure the capture of every sale
Anticipate guest needs
Ability to remedy guest service issues effectively
Assisting with setting up group room blocks and meeting space rentals
Mutli-tasking and problem solving skills
Driving shuttles to & from the airport - VALID DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED
Light cleaning and stocking
Pool testing
Occasional laundry
