Full-Time - Working 3 shifts from 7am-6pm and 1 shift at 7am-2pm or 11am-6pm.
We are growing and are look for 4 ideal Lead Cooks / Assistant Managers who have a passion for food preparation and presentation, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our clients. They will be in a “hands on leader” position who must “Love to Cook Great Food, teach and train others to “Cook Great Food”

Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen team
- Follow recipes as needed
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Monitor product freshness and rotate out old product on a regular schedule
- Assist with daily kitchen management and team coordination (Assistant Manager duties)
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Line Cook in the food industry
- Knowledge of best practices for food safety and sanitation
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Familiarity with kitchen operations in a restaurant

Work Schedule: Full Time position - 3.5 days per week (3-11 hour shifts plus 1-7 hour shift).
- Working 3 shifts from 7am-6pm
- 1 shift of 7am-2pm or 11am-6pm.
- Every other weekend off.
