In the BoH at Dune Street, you will be expected to prepare dishes & prepped ingredients according to our recipe book & chef's instructions. The expeditor ensures a smooth and timely flow of orders from the kitchen to the servers, they will check dishes for accuracy and presentation, and assist in final dish preparation. Additionally, you will be expected to work in a clean & organized fashion and be ready to assist others in various tasks as needed in order to carry out a smooth & efficient lunch and dinner service.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for food & cooking, seek to learn & improve daily with the company, and possess a strong work ethic & attitude, always willing to help out fellow team members.
