Job Overview:
Conducts time studies and monitors labor management system to develop, verify, and maintain ac-curate labor standards across the distribution center.
This person is responsible for generating and distributing daily productivity and performance reports to ensure operational efficiency and associate accountability.
Analyzes PKMS and labor management data to identify performance improvement opportunities and provides actionable feedback to managers and associates.
Maintains accurate headcount rosters, troubleshoots labor management software issues, and supports the Analytics and Planning team through reporting and dashboard maintenance.
Ensures associates are trained on new processes and standards, and work areas remain in compliance with 5S requirements.
Communicates all findings and insights to the Analyst and participates in continuous improvement projects as directed by Management.
Specific Skills Needed:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualizations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for documentation, SOP creation, and manage-ment reporting.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills, as demonstrated by past assignments.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to present findings to associates and management.
Minimum Requirements:
Working knowledge of labor management systems and PKMS data analysis tools. Prior experience and understanding of distribution center flows.
Prior experience operating computer systems; AS400 experience preferred.
