As a Business Management Trainee, you’ll receive training to champion Primo Water’s events and in-store promotions. The Business Management Trainee also teams up with seasoned leaders to develop skills in driving sales and making every event a success. This is a sales and leadership role where your ability to design and engage makes every promotion a masterpiece.
Core Functions of the Business Management Trainee
- Engage our customers in person during in-store promotions to build meaningful connections and introduce refreshing hydration solutions.
- Support the planning and execution of sales events that create memorable experiences for customers and drive brand excitement.
- Assist in training sales team members on effective customer acquisition techniques while promoting Primo Water products in-store.
- Collaborate on developing strategies to enhance our brand's visibility and appeal during high-traffic promotions and sales events.
- Monitor customer feedback from in-store Primo Water interactions to help refine approaches that strengthen relationships and sales performance.
- Contribute to achieving sales goals by actively participating in Primo Water promotions that turn casual shoppers into loyal enthusiasts.
