BCBA Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will work directly with pediatric clients and their families, supervising client treatment programs and the Registered Behavior Technicians assigned to them.
BCBA Responsibilities
- Provide program supervision, modification, and guidance for assigned pediatric clients, as well as occasional 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis treatment to applicable clients
- Client Assessments
- Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Develop and implement Treatment Plans (TPs)
- Collect, record, and graph data on client and parent goals using technology
- Must be able to move freely, lift up to 50lbs
- Complete a digital treatment note documenting the treatment you provided immediately following the session
- Assist in the assessment process and in the development of treatment goals
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional care to our clients
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards outlined by the BACB
- Provide guidance and feedback to RBTs under your supervision (for a min. of 5%, max. of 20% of each assigned supervisee’s working hours)
- Attend occasional meetings
- Be available and responsive to communication (typically through text and chat) from families and RBTs
- Meet minimum hours each week. If hours are not met in a given week, the expectation is to make up the hours the following week.
BCBA Job Requirements
- BCBA Certification through the BACB
- BLS (Basic Life Support)/ CPR Certification or willingness to achieve certification in a face-to-face course
- Master’s Degree or higher
- Reliable transportation and willingness to commute a maximum of 25 miles to the client(s) assigned to you
- Solid understanding of technology and ability to learn new software programs
- Must speak fluent English
- Spanish fluency is a plus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
