The Depository Services Specialist is responsible for the Cash Vault for the Enid, Oklahoma locations.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides a superior level of customer service to both internal and external client associates for a variety of complex issues and requests on a daily basis.

Maintains detailed knowledge of department procedures and compliance with Bank policies and procedures.

Verifies sums of coin and currency received from branches, ATMs, customers, and money from tellers; orders and disburses coin/currency as needed to keep the vault in balance.

Uses reports generated to keep within goals set for cash on-hand totals.

Processes state and federal verification requests.

Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma, or equivalent, required.

2-3 years' experience as a teller or similar role in a retail banking environment, or equivalent work experience of 3-5 years, required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

General knowledge of basic banking principles.

Troubleshoot, attention to detail, problem solve and make timely decisions.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
