We are seeking an experienced Contract Technical Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a leading semiconductor and electronic design automation company. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and HR to identify, attract, and hire top-tier technical talent across a range of engineering and specialized domains.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and technical sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities. Work closely with hiring managers to filter and screen candidates

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche technical positions

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Manage the entire candidate offer process within Workday ATS

Maintain compliance with hiring policies and employment regulations including immigration and compensation

Understand Cadence business in order to position benefits of working at Cadence to attract high end candidates
Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in semiconductor, capital equipment or hardware domains

Relationships with representative candidate pool through past roles and industry knowledge

Strong understanding of semiconductor industry and microelectronics design, including chip verification, analog/mixed signal design, physical design, and emulation. technical roles such as ASIC design, verification or related fields

Expertise in sourcing strategies and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment

Experience recruiting for EDA, semiconductor design, and/or microelectronics design engineering roles

Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data-driven hiring practices
