Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Hospitality Operations Administrator to support the daily administrative and operational functions of our commissary kitchen and hospitality operations.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of inventory management, menu administration, purchasing, reporting, point-of-sale systems, and team administration. The ideal candidate is technology-savvy, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment while collaborating with culinary, operations, finance, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily administrative operations of the commissary kitchen and hospitality business.
- Manage inventory systems, including:
- Inventory tracking and reporting
- Recipe management
- Wholesale client account administration and billing
- Full administration of the MarketMan inventory platform
- Administer and maintain the CBORD platform, including:
- Menu planning and publishing
- Recipe and menu costing
- Allergen and nutritional information management
- Menu updates and ongoing system maintenance
- Monitor inventory levels, analyze product usage, and assist with purchasing and replenishment.
- Maintain multiple POS and operational software platforms, ensuring system accuracy and functionality.
- Troubleshoot POS and software issues while coordinating with third-party vendors as needed.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to inventory, food cost, sales performance, purchasing, and operational metrics.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Provide administrative support to culinary and operations leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate HR onboarding administration, including new hire paperwork, system access, and communication with restaurant management teams.
- Assist with special projects and company initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative or operations experience in hospitality, restaurant, commissary, or food service environments.
- Experience using MarketMan, CBORD, or similar inventory and foodservice management software.
- Working knowledge of POS systems such as Toast, Square, or similar platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Multi-Unit restaurant or hospitality operations.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
- Ability to quickly learn new software and adapt to changing business needs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
