Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their brand experience

- Operate the company portals, handle transactions accurately, and manage cash drawer with integrity
- Assist with merchandising efforts to highlight new products and seasonal promotions effectively
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all offerings, including grocery items if applicable
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers using excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
Requirements
- Prior retail sales or grocery store experience preferred, with familiarity in POS systems and cashiering procedures
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings
- Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities, to connect with diverse customers
- Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and stock management
- Knowledge of retail store product details, merchandising standards, and customer service best practices
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, making change, and balancing registers
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor when interacting with customers and team members
