Tundra Lodge Water Park and Conference Center is located 4 blocks from the Packer Stadium and houses Green Bay’s only indoor waterpark. We provide a variety of services to our patrons in our restaurants, meeting spaces, waterpark and suites. Job Description
- Serve patrons with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Provide information to help with food & beverage selections.
- Present ordered menu items with care
- Prepares room for dining by ensuring all tables are clean, set, and ready for Breakfast service.
- Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
- Transmits orders in a timely manner to kitchen by ringing in patron’s orders and identifying any special comments or allergies
- Ensure that each plate is coming out hot, neat, and presentable
- Responds to additional patron requirements by inquiring of needs; observing dining process.
- Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to patron spills or other special needs.
- Obtains revenues by totaling charges; issuing bill; accepting payment; returning change or credit card and signature slip to patrons.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing all side work tasks & any daily cleaning tasks
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $3.00 - $5.00 per hour
