Position Summary
Apogee Landscapes is seeking a Landscape Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate all phases of landscape construction projects. This role is responsible for managing and working alongside crews, scheduling and coordinating materials and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining strong client communication throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and supervise field crews, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards
· Perform physical work to complete projects
· Oversee landscape construction projects from start through completion
· Coordinate project schedules, labor, equipment, and materials to meet deadlines
· Interpret landscape designs, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation
· Communicate regularly with clients, designers, and staff to provide project updates
· Ensure workmanship meets quality standards and design intent
· Troubleshoot on-site challenges and implement effective solutions in real time
· Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members to build a skilled and reliable team
· Maintain proper documentation, including daily logs and change orders
Qualifications and Requirements
· 3–7+ years of landscape construction experience
· 2+ years in a supervisory or management role
· Strong knowledge of landscape installation processes
· Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
· Proven experience managing schedules
· Valid driver’s license (required)
· Must be able to Read, Write and Speak English (required)
· Must understand and be able to speak Spanish (required)
· Familiarity with sustainable landscaping practice
· Strong leadership and team management
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
· Highly organized with attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
