We’re looking for an awesome Assistant Manager to help run one of the busiest (and most fun) drive-thru coffee spots in town. If you love coffee, love people, and get fired up about building a great team, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the team during weekday afternoons/evenings and one weekend day (morning or afternoon), stepping up as the manager-in-charge when the Store Manager is off.
- Keep operations smooth and efficient — think perfect drinks, lightning-fast service, and a spotless drive-thru.
- Handle inventory management, ordering, and stock rotation so we never run out of the good stuff.
- Create weekly schedules that work for the team and the business.
- Champion team communication — daily huddles, recognition, coaching, and making sure everyone feels supported.
- Be the go-to person on call for call-outs or any store issues that pop up (with proper compensation and backup support).
- Help train, develop, and grow baristas into rockstars.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous leadership experience in coffee, quick-service, or retail.
- Passion for exceptional customer service and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills — you actually enjoy making schedules and keeping inventory tight.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and a team-first mindset.
- Flexibility with the listed shift pattern and availability to jump in when needed.
- Bonus points if you’re a coffee nerd who loves trying new drinks and teaching others.
