The Café Team Member is responsible for providing a remarkable and personalized experience for members and co-workers while delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality beverage offerings. Under the supervision of the Café Director, Café Team Members will uphold Kaizen's mission, values, and commitment to operational excellence by creating a welcoming, clean, and engaging café environment.

Develop and maintain a culture of accountability and continuous improvement that adheres to Kaizen’s mission and values.

Support fellow team members both within the Cafe Department, as well as other departments when needed to ensure an elevated level of our overall performance.

Ensures the café provides a remarkable and personalized member experience with our people, products, and environments.

Develop and maintain a positive and lively tone that is inviting and encouraging to our members and coworkers.

Prepare and serve beverages, smoothies, and café offerings in accordance with Kaizen's quality and presentation standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary café, dining, and food preparation areas.

Stock, replenish, and rotate café inventory, supplies, and retail merchandise as needed.

Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational procedures of the café.

Perform other duties or projects assigned.

6 months' + work experience in a hospitality setting preferred but not required.

Experience working with POS programs.

Knowledge of basic food safety practices.

Needs to be a selfdriven individual with the ability to stay organized.

Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.

Must be able to communicate respectfully and clearly.

Availability and flexibility for schedules that include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Ability to stand for extended periods of time, reach, bend and lift a minimum of 50lbs.
Compensation for this role includes - base pay. Additional incentive pay eligible based on individual and team performance.
