Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, Medicaid-savvy Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisor designation (LPCC-S) or Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervisor designation (LISW-S) to serve as our primary Independent Clinical Supervisor. This position is a critical infrastructure role focused on diagnostic assessments, clinical chart reviews, and provider supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial youth Diagnostic Assessments and evaluations ($125.00 per assessment).
Provide 1-2 hours of weekly clinical supervision and administrative chart review via secure video or phone ($75-$100.00/hour).
Must be on call during treatment sessions, for emergency phone calls.
Review, provide guidance on, and digitally co-sign daily Electronic Health Record (EHR) progress notes for non-licensed Qualified Behavioral Health Specialists (QBHS).
Maintain active provider profile affiliation inside the Ohio Medicaid PNM (Provider Network Management) portal.
Qualifications: Active, unrestricted LPCC-S or LISW-S license in the State of Ohio (Mandatory).
Must possess an active OH|ID and experience navigating the Ohio Medicaid PNM portal.
Strong understanding of OhioMHAS, Ohio Department of Medicaid, and OhioRISE documentation standards.
Comfortable utilizing modern, secure Cloud-based EHR platforms (e.g., TherapyNotes or SimplePractice).
