Our Senior Housing Facility is seeking a dependable and experienced Full-Time Apartment Maintenance/Janitorial Professional who takes pride in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents. We offer a consistent Monday–Friday schedule from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, along with participation in an on-call rotation. Qualified candidates should have at least two years of apartment maintenance and janitorial experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellent service. Essential functions (will include, but not limit to):
Completing work orders
Clean assigned common area daily
Perform plumbing and electrical tasks
Prepare surfaces for painting
Ability to be scheduled “on-call”
REQUIREMENTS
Prior apartment Maintenance experience
Must be able to perform manual labor
Able to work at heights
Able to push, pull, lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds
Able to professionally interact with the residents
Drug Testing and Background checks are mandatory for employment
Must have a valid drivers license
