Position Overview:
We are looking for an adaptable, detail-oriented, and highly motivated individual to join our surgical team. This person must embody our practice’s core values: BLS

This is a full-time, on-site position in a private oral surgery practice. As a member of our surgical team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care, working closely with the surgeon and team while supporting a smooth, efficient clinical workflow.
You will be a key part of the patient experience, from pre-surgical preparation and readiness to providing skilled chairside support during procedures. This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, strong teamwork, and the ability to adapt quickly are essential.

Office Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 6:30am-3:30pm
Friday: 6:30am-2:30pm
Oral Surgery Assistant Primary duties:
- Prepare exam rooms and surgical rooms
- Assist with IV sedation and surgical procedures
- Take panoramic and CBCT scans
- Educate patients on pre-op and post-op instructions
- Maintain accurate patient records and charts
- Sterilize instruments and manage infection control protocols
Oral Surgery Assistant Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience as a dental or oral surgery assistant (preferred)
- Certification of DAANCE preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- BLS/CPR certification (required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand and walk for an 8 hour shift and lift 50+ lbs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
