The Earthworks Laborer supports site excavation and grading tasks. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in an outdoor environment and are eager to learn the fundamentals of construction and earthmoving.
- Assist with digging, grading, and backfilling tasks
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety guidelines and directives from the Foreman
- Previous construction or landscaping experience is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in variable weather
- Willingness to learn and adhere to safety protocols
- Reliable transportation and work ethic
