What You Will Do
- Consult with buyers and sellers to understand their real estate goals
- Respond to and consistently follow up with company-provided and self-generated leads
- Use Incyte’s technology, AI-powered tools, and CRM systems to manage opportunities and increase productivity
- Build lasting relationships with prospects, clients, and referral partners
- Schedule and conduct buyer consultations, property showings, listing appointments, and open houses
- Research properties, market conditions, pricing, and comparable sales
- Prepare and negotiate offers, counteroffers, contracts, and transaction documents
- Communicate clearly with clients throughout the buying or selling process
- Maintain accurate client, lead, and transaction activity within the company’s systems
- Participate in training, coaching, team meetings, and professional-development opportunities
- Build a professional personal brand through networking, marketing, community involvement, and social media

Compensation
This is a commission-only real estate sales opportunity. Compensation is based on successfully closed transactions and the applicable commission agreement.
This is not a salaried or hourly position. Individual earnings will vary based on activity, experience, skill development, lead conversion, market conditions, and overall production.
