Access Center Ambassador
$21.40 – 426.90/hour
The Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth) is hosting an in-person hiring event and we want to meet you. As an Access Center Ambassador, you will act as the primary contact for patient inquiries, answering calls from patients, medical facilities and insurance groups. You will also:
- Schedule, reschedule and cancel patient appointments while reviewing physician schedules to optimize provider capacity.
- Verify and update patient demographic, clinical and financial data accurately in the electronic health record system.
- Serve as a brand ambassador by promoting theWMCHealth mission, vision and CARE values during every interaction.

To be considered, we require:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.
- Minimum of one-year customer service or call center experience, preferably within a healthcare environment.
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office) and familiarity with electronic health record platforms (such as Cerner).
