Dream View Restaurant & Event Center is looking for energetic, dependable individuals to join our hospitality team as Server & Event Team Members.
This position is much more than traditional restaurant serving. Our team works together to create exceptional dining experiences while also helping bring weddings, banquets, corporate events, and private celebrations to life.
No two days are exactly the same. One shift may involve serving dinner in the restaurant, while the next could include setting up a wedding reception, assisting with banquet service, or helping reset the venue after an event.
Schedule
Our restaurant is open:
● Wednesday: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
● Thursday: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
● Friday: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
● Saturday: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Most Server & Event Team Members can expect to work Fridays and Saturdays, with additional opportunities to pick up shifts during the week and assist with private events on days the restaurant is closed.
Responsibilities
● Provide friendly, professional table service to restaurant guests.
● Serve food and beverages during private events and banquets.
● Assist with event room setup and teardown.
● Arrange tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and décor according to event layouts.
● Reset event spaces between functions.
● Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
● Work closely with the kitchen and front of house team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Qualifications
● Previous serving or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
● Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
● Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
● Ability to lift, move, and arrange tables, chairs, and event equipment.
● Evening and weekend availability is required.
● Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
● 18 years or older
