Burnett Roofing, Inc. is seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on Facility Maintenance Coordinator to support ongoing operations. Position Overview
The Facility Technician is responsible for organizing and dispersing company materials, tools, equipment, AND overall facility organization. This position plays a key role in supporting field crews by ensuring they have the materials and resources needed to complete jobs efficiently and without delay.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute materials, tools, and equipment for daily crew dispatch
- Receive, unload, organize, and track incoming deliveries
- Maintain accurate inventory of materials, equipment, and safety gear
- Perform weekly truck and equipment inventory checks
- Coordinate jobsite deliveries and urgent material needs
- Maintain shop, warehouse, and yard organization
- Assist with vehicle and equipment maintenance scheduling
- Track and document all materials and equipment using company systems
- Support field operations with deliveries, troubleshooting, and occasional jobsite work
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and punctual (start time: 6:45 AM, rain or shine)
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Ability to lift, move, and manage materials and equipment
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support crews as needed
Preferred Experience
- Construction, roofing, warehouse, or inventory management experience
- Familiarity with tools, equipment, and building materials
- Experience with inventory tracking systems or databases
