At SYNERGY HomeCare of Idaho Falls, we believe caregiving is a calling, not just a job. We're a locally owned, family-run home care team serving Idaho Falls and the surrounding communities — built on the belief that people deserve to age, heal, and live with dignity in the place they call home.

About the Role
As a CareProfessional, you'll be a trusted companion and helper in the daily lives of our clients — many of whom are navigating aging, memory loss, recovery, or disability. You won't just be completing tasks; you'll be building relationships, restoring independence, and bringing comfort to families who need to know their loved one is in good hands.
This role is well-suited to someone with experience in home care or assisted living settings, especially with seniors, individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's, or those with developmental disabilities — but what matters most to us is your character.
What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate, hands-on support with daily living activities and personal care
- Create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by following infection control best practices
- Offer steady, patient companionship to clients with memory care needs, including those receiving hospice support
- Support emotional well-being through genuine connection — conversation, presence, and care
- Communicate clearly and kindly with clients, families, and your care team
- Help clients maintain their independence and sense of self, one day at a time
What We're Looking For
- Experience in home care, assisted living, or a related caregiving setting
- A reliable vehicle and the ability to safely transport clients as needed
- Experience with senior care, hospice, dementia, or memory care is a strong plus
- A team player who brings empathy, patience, and genuine warmth to their work
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (we're happy to support you in getting certified)
- Most importantly: a heart for service and a commitment to treating every client like family
