Taco Palenque is hiring Grill Cooks for the night shift. We are looking for responsible individuals with a positive attitude who are ready to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Available Shifts
- 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- 5:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
Weekend and holiday availability may be required based on restaurant needs.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meats and other products on the grill according to Taco Palenque standards.
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and proper temperatures.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Keep the grill and work area clean and organized.
- Ensure products are properly prepared and available during the shift.
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods.
- Follow instructions from the manager or shift leader.
Requirements
- Must be available to work night shifts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a kitchen environment.
- Responsible, dependable, and able to work quickly.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Previous grill, kitchen, or restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
